Hi from NZ

Hi everyone, I'm Thomas from way down in New Zealand.

I've just upgraded my bike from a Ninja 650r to a brand new white SS.
Only I thing is I have to wait another week before I can go pick it up so for now I just have to sit around and look at what everyone else is doing with their ones.

G'day Thomas. Where in NZ are you? I'm in Auckland. I managed to get my hands on the very first SS in NZ (so I'm told) in 2017. You'll love the step up from the 650r.

Thanks guys.
For those that know where it is, I'm in Turangi right in the middle of the North Island.
I have to go to Wellington to pick the new beast up, so it gets at 350km warm-up ride to start. Next Saturday can't come soon enough.

So I picked this beast up on Saturday and I'm blown away by it. 343km back to Turangi and it's awesome, even though I had to take it easy(ish).

On the downside, the entire country is now going into a 4 week lockdown thanks to covid19 so even if I manage to get out for a couple of rides I don't like my chances of getting it's 1000km service any time soon.

Glad you finally get to ride it. I went out yesterday and reminded myself just what a capable machine it is.

Any chance of some photos?
