SC Projects Twin CRT Exhaust not fitting

Hi Folks
After some help please.
I tried to fit the SC Projects slip on twin CRT exhaust today, but couldnt as it wouldnt line up.
The top one lines up, but the bottom one is about by about 1mm. Any ideas?
I've emailed SC Projects and asked if they had any ideas and if they didnt, could they replace the exhaust.
Any help greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance

Thanks LowRyter. I did think of getting the local bike shop to heatup the SC Projects section of the exhaust to see if it would fit over the pipe on the bike, as I don't have a means to heat it up. I don't think it would resolve the problem though as the exhaust still has to slide on to the pipe by a good inch or so, so would still be out of alignment. Last thing I want to do is persuade it with a nylon mallet or piece of wood and damage any of the welds on either the bike or the exhaust.
The SC Projects exhaust is well made and everything looks in alignment on it. Maybe the pipes on the bike are out of alignment and one of them is on the skew??

What about exhaust springs. I can't see the pics and what the 1mm is.

I'll post a pic at the weekend as SC Projects want a pic too.
In a nutshell the SC Projects end cans won't slide over the pipes on the bike. When I line the top pipe of the end can up with the pipe on the bike, the bottom one is out by about 1mm, so they won't slide onto the pipes of the bike.
There is nowhere to attach to exhaust springs to - they don't come with kit as exhaust clamps are used to secure it to the pipes on the bike.

Photos as requested. You can see that whilst the top muffler fits the pipe on the bike and lines up, the bottom one doesn't
