1st Service - Did Not Come Home

First Service - 2 issues LEFT Front Fork Seal and Master Cylinder on Rear Brake - dealer requesting Warranty replacement.

So Far in year 1 - @ First 600 miles Service, the Front Calipers had to be stripped and cleaned. @ 8 months spongy rear brake, brake fluid replaced and brake bleed.

I definitely got the Holiday bike, its Date Of Manufacture is August 2018 so either its the last day before holiday or day after holiday Ducati - as for the wife's SS , it was serviced without a hitch but its DOM is sometime earlier in the year.

I am in Bologna Friday morning, maybe I should go meet the builders...

600 miles in 1 year... I've noticed Ducatis don't like to sit. It tends to make them grumpy.

SSS or SS? Is the front fork seal leaking?

And the Master, what is the issue?

Forks being replaced under warranty, I para-quote:
On looking into the fork seals, my technician found marks almost like chips in the fork legs themselves. Now they could be stone chips however they are at the rear of the fork so they are facing the bike. A stone chip would normally be at the front of the fork. I’ve put the questions to Ducati themselves and sent over pictures and they’ve agreed to cover the forks under warranty....getting two replacement forks for you......Ducati parts take 7-10 working days..

I should have gone to the factory and picked them up myself. Could have claimed they was crutches and got on the plane first hehe

Still not sure whats happening with the rear brake.

Eyer, you might search the forum about rear brake issues. I haven't had a problem but several have. It's good deal that you're getting new forks, it sound like they were damaged when the bike was delivered?

thanks, what I meant by rear Brake is they where going to put in a request to replace the master cylinder as it the brake had to have work done on it when failed earlier in the year (bleeding new fluid etc), but I did not get confirmation on what was being or has been done.
