I used mine to clean my chain over the weekend.

Raised the back of the bike while the front remained on the ground. Put a towel in the wheel and clipped it to the swingarm. Got an old kitchen chair and sat down with a spray bottle of kerosene, a chain brush, and some old rag. It was almost an enjoyable experience, certainly quicker, easier, and cleaner than any other method I've used.

It certainly makes working on a bike easier. It can even lift Heffalump and still feel stable, so it doesn't even break into a puff lifting the SuperSport.
