Does anyone know what kind of alarm system (if any) the new SS will come with?

Don't think you will find any Ducati which comes with an alarm system as standard equipment. They do have an immobilizer as an anti theft feature, but that does not alert you.

There is a Ducati alarm system available as an accessory but others have deemed it to be more expensive than generic brands.

Alarms, not for me after suffering numerous issues over the years, I still think a tracker is the best option, along with a suitable lock.
