Interesting but can't say I'd be super surprised by that. May be something an update to the ECU could rectify. You'll have to let us know if the dealer can replicate it when you take it in for service.
I had been riding for over 3 hours and was on the return journey. It just went off on its own. After I restarted the bike it reset and came back on again. I then went to the bike wash to get rid of some coal using a pressure washer all over the bike and the DQS did not play up when going home. It's just strange. Wondering if anyone else had experienced it.Did you wash your bike just before you rode? I am wondering if water seeped into the QS module and messed with the electronics.
I'm not being pedantic, I paid cash for the red S 0What else is on your list?
I noticed the fairing gaps when I first saw it at motorcycle show. Left side is almost empty except for the radiator knob.*Fairing gaps are unequal on the side panels and front.
But I still love it
After its service tomorrow I will spend saturday trying to rectify the gaps. Starting from the headlight and work backwards. Not sure paying ducati labour prices will be a clever idea so I will do it myself. Fairing is a bit of a bugg'r though.I noticed the fairing gaps when I first saw it at motorcycle show. Would like to see what you come up with? Just to be clear, i wasnt referring to the gaps where the pieces meet, but the hollow between the left fairing and the engine/frame.After its service tomorrow I will spend saturday trying to rectify the gaps. I'd think the fairing alignment is something the dealer should take care of.After its service tomorrow I will spend saturday trying to rectify the gaps. I've had it happen more than once in 10k miles on my 2014 Multistrada. Interestingly I have most (if not all) false neutrals b/w 5th and 6th too on my Multi.Slips out of 5th gear? That's a worry. Anyone else with gearbox issues?
Maybe you are just habitual to finding neutral between 5th and 6th :grin2:I've had it happen more than once in 10k miles on my 2014 Multistrada. Interestingly I have most (if not all) false neutrals b/w 5th and 6th too on my Multi.
Likewise, I find the box copes but doesn't like DQS from 2nd to 1st so I too clutch it in.Had a couple of false neutrals going from 4th to 5th whilst accelerating quite firmly, resulting in high revs (well over the 6000 I'm supposed to be sticking to) only done 300 miles so far. Doesn't seem to miss when pootling along and changing up. Have also stopped using the DQS when changing from 2nd to 1st when approaching a stop as it's quite jerky so back to using the left hand for a bit!
