Ducabike Clear Clutch Cover Engine Case

Definitely a cool looking mod for the Ducati's...

A buddy of mine put one on a current Multistrada and it does look pretty cool but you have to get all the cool parts to go inside if you want it to really look good. Once the bike gets up to a certain RPM, all you see is oil swishing around...still cool none the less.
I have one on my Sportclassic. But if the bike isn't warm enough, like riding on a cold day, the oil doesn't clear and it defeats the purpose, so to speak, of seeing the beautiful gold slipper clutch I had installed as the oil is like a mud splatch/ glop on the window. But overall, it is really neat and I'm happy with it. I would do it again if /when I buy a 939.

The item you have demonstrated is for a hydraulic clutch system, the SS is cable driven. This will not work for our bike.

True, but with this, then it would work: https://motowheels.com/i-23900739-ducabike-hydraulic-clutch-kit-ducati-supersport-939.html

I would love hydraulic clutch but the expense of all this! Anyone do this all yet? Ugh...I'm trying not to go down the financial rabbit hole of mods with this bike. LOL

I priced it up and the clutch housing needs to be changed too. It adds up to an amount for me that simply is not justified.
We have a member in Australia that has done the conversion, he has been quiet for a while now (Ben something or other). He went for a ride with his local SS owners and has never been seen since.

Ya, BenHopper...was wondering what happened to him.
After emptying his bank account for every doodad under the sun, internet service is simply out of the budget.

Today I attended the south african bike festival at kyalami circuit. 2016 a South African won the Moto3 world championship. He is now in Moto2 working his way up to Motogp.
Anyway Brad Binders 2nd moto2 bike was at the festival on show. Here's a few shots. What I found particularly interesting is that the clutch is cable driven and not hydraulic.
