@Ed K are they the standard mirrors?
Yes, standard mirrors. Although mirrors themselves don't adjust much in their cavities as you noticed, you might not have noticed(?) that they do rotate where the stem is bolted to the bars. (Can show a pic if further interested.) So the entire stem can be rotated which gives a little more mirror adjustability. And it's interesting that at least the right stem bolt threads in a counter rotating direction. (I know because it became slightly loose and I tightened it. 😂) Not sure about the left one; haven’t checked yet.

Really like your tank grips Ed, are these OEM and would they fit the Pani?
Yes, those tank grips are Ducati OEM. In fact, the Ducati website also shows them as an accessory for the Panigale V2. (Scroll to bottom.)

Captain’s log Stardate 20220711 - USS Enterprise’s Rear Deflector Shield (aka seat cowl) working well in conjunction with Cloaking Device blocking Romulan radar during travel in Intergalactic Space at Warp speeds today. Looks kinda nice, too. Scottie’s repair to propulsion drive unit (aka rear tire) holding well.

Captain’s log Stardate 20220712 - Personnel (me!) of USS Enterprise in need of provisions (fresh baked cheese sour dough bread and cappuccino), so steered the ship to our fav stop-over point.

These are genuine Bakers running a small, literally Mom and Pop shop! But par excellence! Second pic shows the bakery behind the doors where the magic happens! They get up at 3:00 AM to make the dough for each day’s baked goods! Ben and Lauren are amazing; I have known them since they opened years ago. Love goes into everything they bake, and the results are simply amazing. Best to go during the week, most peaceful then, as I’m the only one here now!

Groot looks happy enough (y) Didn't know Groot and the team were in the same Galaxy as the Enterprise :ROFLMAO:

I love little independent food and drink shops. Some of them like the one you visited here, feels as if you are in someones front room and gives it that homely and comfort feeling

@Triplesapper Yeah, Groot and I cross paths on rare Stardates. The young fella doesn’t say much, but what he says is quite meaningful, and the capabilities he has as a youngster are pretty amazing.

I prefer independent shops, too, when finding a good one. The idea of coffee shops is not as common in this area of the U.S. South, as say, California. But when found here, they tend to be more unique and interesting, if not always consistently good.

In fact, that bakery/coffee shop pictured above is an old house, that was converted. The owners of that shop take their avocation of baking quite seriously, while also being dedicated to the community and related local businesses. I don’t mind paying quite a bit extra there. And it’s right in the middle of my fav local riding roads. When first meeting them years ago I mentioned I baked sour dough bread too, and had a few questions. They helped advise me, and then asked me if I wanted some of their sour dough starter to take with me! Wow…other bakers might think of home bakers as competitors, expecially when just starting a new business, but they generously offered.

I’ve just found another independent shop that recently opened the next town over in the motorcycle back roads. It’s also in a converted house that looks comfy for a good cup of coffee, but the super high bar of the skills of the other bakery will be impossible to match. But that’s ok, if they have good coffee and atmosphere, I’ll become a patron. Pics to follow of the new one when I visit later this week after the predicted rains stops over the next few days

Wow, this post got long! The art and science of hunting for bakery/coffee shops on a motorcycle! 😂

You will have to get the Replicator to synthesize your baked cheese sour dough bread and cappuccino 😅

Maybe do a Track Day on the Holodeck too?

@Triplesapper I think the Replicator would be the only way... they are just too masterful.

Holodeck, hmmm, sounds like a good enhancement to also use for our SuperSport Community, will give that more thought...
