Forgive Me Ducati For I Have Sinned

It has been 2 weeks since my indiscretion.....I was working away in my workshop when the Office girl (AKA my wife the boss) came in and said there was a guy in the office who was asking if there was a guy here who owned a new Ducati Supersport he had been told to come here to talk to the owner. My face lit up and I dropped the important job I was doing and trotted off to the office to meet this guy. Anyway there was this smiling little assassin all full of questions and interest in our little treasure. What do you think, how light, nimble, quick, fuel economy etc etc etc My answers were all Great, Great. Great. Then all of a sudden..... I heard a voice in my head saying "He,s not worthy of our Precious" WTF Next Question was is there anyone local to service and repair the bike that I trust ? answer No ! you would have to take it 5 hours away. The ******* wasn't fazed " well I don't work so I suppose I could make a fun trip, one day down, service ,overnight stay and back the next day" have you found any faults with the bike so far. Ahaaa " Yes the mirrors are useless cant see **** through them! No he wasn't fazed either, he came out with some line like I don't want to look were I've been anyway. He then asked which one I got I said the white SSs and he grinned and said Ooooh that's the one I want to get. I just remember thinking this guy is going to be riding around all day (because he doesn't work) showing off his sparkling new Ducati Supersport stealing all my Ducati envy !!! What has happened to me I think I'm turning into Gollum.>
