Front seat hook

With casual riding my seat stays in place.

However when I Sport ride, the right front plastic under seat hook gets undone from my moving around in the seat.

Everything looks perfectly ok...nothing broken, or misaligned...it just gets unhooked. Perhaps when I am sometimes pushing back on the seat, going over uneven surfaces at some speed...not sure.

Tried putting some tape on the mating metal hook on the tank, but it didn't work...came off again today during my ride.

Not sure a new seat will solve the problem...it's probably just me figidting around. But still trying to think of an easy solution. It either is sliding up or down beyond the mating contacts point with assertive riding. Since the mating plastic and metal hooks don't seat against one another, just touch, it gets undone with weight in a specific direction. It never comes undone with casual riding.

And not going to risk bending the metal piece!

Any other suggestions?

Never happened while riding, but I just unhooked it on the right side with minimal force with the bike parked in my garage. I couldn't get the left side to unhook without fear of breaking something.

To be clear - there are three hooks at the front of the seat - one in the center that goes under the tank and actually holds the seat to the bike.

The other two are on the "wings" of the seat that point forward and are only there to keep the wings tucked in nicely. They do not have any capacity for seat retention and coming loose will not mean decreased seat security. Not a fan of them though. Wish they were 5mm longer.
When I ride aggressively, I glide across the seat, pushing with my legs. So, I wouldn't expect it to move much, if at all. Are you getting your arse up and off the seat, or is it coming off the opposite side your leaning off...like, your inner thigh is pulling it out?

Yes! The right one, not the left one. And yes, wish they were 5 mm longer.

Yes...when aggressive on smooth surfaces not much touching seat...

But the roads close to me are mixed...a stretch of smooth, then bumpy...so I am off and on seat, fast and slow, all kinds.

Although it could happen during the lean, I think it might be actually be when I slow down a bit after a burn over some bumpy surfaces and end up pushing backwards on the seat that unhooks it. As psy indicated, no risk of losing the seat, because of center front fasteners, but if not careful might break the right wing tab at some point.
It's that seat movement that broke my side panel mounts

My black side panel near seat popped out of once, luckily caught it before pin broke.
Not too long ago I glued the mounts back on the side panels. Anyway I went for a ride on sunday and again they have broken off. Can't believe I am the only one that's having this problem. The mounts I refer to are where the side panels are mounted to the sub-frame, under rider part of the seat.
