Hi Everyone,
Bought my 2020 S in January and finally getting around to joining. i bought the white one because I also have a ‘93 900ss and it seemed like the thing to do. Ten months in the bike is still bone stock with the exception of a pair of frame plugs and radiator screens. Thinking about putting some protection bits on it though like frame and fork sliders. Figured this would be a great place to see what others have done and what was the best bang for the buck. Jim

Welcome Jim S. Nice looking 900SS you have (y) and of course white is the faster and better colour for the new Supersport 😉

Thanks! I have owned that 900ss since 2001 and it is recently back from the shop to have a cracked frame repaired. That crack is what prompted me to get a new bike. I wanted something I wasn't afraid to get hundreds of miles away from home base on! I still love that old ss with its tractor-like pull from low revs, but I'll never own another bike with carburetors again now that I've seen the light!

Welcome to the crew, lots of friendly people here with tons of knowledge.

I agree Jim S, the ride from there to Hancock is spectacular.
