You should cut through inland via Oxley hwy etc. on your way back. Should break up the monotony of pacific hwy

Good stuff mate you will be sailing past me in the Fraser coast. I hope it stays dry for you on the way back. This bike is not polite when it comes to a wet road she will shoot that spray right on your arse like sitting on a hose pipe. As you know We have not had any rain for 5 months and it looks like it starts today so no 1 tip pack a pair off waterproof pants :smile2: if you do go inland on the Oxley which is a great idea try catch the Lyons rd on the other end as you enter Queensland last time I wanted to do it it was closed. Will be Intresting to see how your carrying your gear. Keep us posted.

Yep, good to hear from you. Keep us posted with a story and / or photos. I'm also keen on this bike, but a bit wary of the purported problems coming out. Being FNQ, I'll be waiting to hear what you say about the heat.
