Hello from Vienna!
I've been stalking this site and awesome forum for a month or so, but today I bought my SuperSport S, so I thought it was a good time to say "Hi!" ... I'm a 10-year Monster 696 rider, and I'm so stoked and can't wait for my new bike to arrive from Bologna. I took out a red SuperSport for a weekend test-ride, and it was awesome. I'm taking delivery of a white S with a few mods. I'll post pics as soon as she arrives. If anyone else is from the Vienna area, let me know ... I'm shooting a film for Ducati Wien (Ducati Wien aebner Motorräder im Süden von Wien, Guntramsdorf, Mödling, Verkauf, Service und Reparatur), and if you're interested you could be part of the project. It's great to be part of this community.

A friend and I visited Vienna and Salzburg over last Christmas and New Years. What a beautiful city! Both of them. We sat outside the opera house sipping Champaign and listening to the opera and watching it on a big screen on New Years Eve. And we loved the Nacshmarket, going back a second time for lunch.

Congrats on the purchase...still waiting on mine as they are adding the accessories. Beautiful city you live in, been there a couple times.
