Howdy from Texas!

Still surviving!

Purchased a new SuperSport S (Silk White) a couple of weeks back while working in San Antonio... Little did I know I'd get an quick initial ride and park it in a garage with 34 miles on it, then... Enter hurricane Harvey! :surprise:

I work in healthcare and I have been working with evacuations and disaster issues all around the coastal area since then. That's kind of a double whammy for me.

Now that it's Labor Day weekend I'm hoping to enjoy some family time, then spend some time riding San Antonio / Austin area on Monday. Fingers crossed! :smile2:

Thanks for your service. I am retired Coast Guard and know first hand the devastation a power hurricane can do.

Irma, which is comparatively bigger than Harvey is heading to the gulf now. Phew, even more trouble coming for those already affected.
