Hey, thanks! I used this case SP Connect | Quick and Secure Smartphone Mounting because the mounting slot is pretty simple and it's easy to make it yourself

Great to see a DIY solution for the SP connect phone case. Guess it would be easy to also do a landscape orientation of the two mounting rails?

yeah, it is absolutely easy to do. However, in my case I use iPhone 5s (well, I have iPhone X but I am afraid to mount it to the bike, so I swap SIM cards every time I ride) because it is small and cheap. As disadventage, the screen in landscape mode doesn't fit much information and for me portrait mode is more covenient on this particular phone
