It's mentioned in the manual. Mine has the ducati alarm installed and that flashes longer than the immobiliser.
I think mine may be as low as an hour, or less. H3ll, maybe it's 12 minutes...?!?!Mines definitely not 12 hours. When I leave from work, after 8 hours or so, its already off. But Ill confirm again
I don't want to know that bad...lol. But I would like to know if mine is different or if they all are shorter than the manual says...like A LOT shorter.Film it .! Then you all will know..!
Yes and that's why if you and one other film it while you go inside for a beer .. we all will probably know the answer to what your asking.. I say it's 12 minutes not hours...I don't want to know that bad...lol. But I would like to know if mine is different or if they all are shorter than the manual says...like A LOT shorter.
Not sure how long mine stays on, but it's definitely less than 12 hours. It seemed like it stayed on for days on my Hyper. How long does yours flash once you've turned the bike off? I ask because on my Hyper, it flashed for 12 hours. If I rode to work the day before, it was still flashing the next morning when I left for work again. My SS seems to stop around an hour after the bike is turned off. I'm not exact on the time because I've not officially timed it...but it's definitely off after a short period of time. I looked it up in the manual and on page 39 it shows a chart. The chart indicates that its supposed to flash for 12 hours, but mine surely does not. I attached the chart for your reference. What are you guys seeing?
I know this is a small issue, but curious all the same. :nerd:
Now we need just another to check and see if it the same.. will be even worst if there all just random timesOk, I took the time to time it with my stopwatch. 58 minutes, give or take a few seconds. Odd time, but let's round it and say 1 hour.
Wonder why the manual leads you to believe it's 12 hours? I KNOW my Hyper was, indeed, 12 hours! Maybe they made another copy/paste error with that table...??
I agree!there was no limit on my previous one, I'd prefer.
