In theory, yes, but progress is slow, so still some way to go to finish it. Spent most of last winter trying fifteen different ways to build a gas tank/seat bracket, building a seat latch
and sculpting a seat pan from thin stainless sheet metal. It’s not very pretty but functional enough I think. At the very least it’s not just bolt on parts…
