Sure, rubber profile is 30mm x 20mm very soft with double sided tape on the flat side. I cut 2 1 inch pieces and stuck them to the back of the mirror just in from each end then pushed the mirror back onto the backing plate.Can you elaborate more? Or pics?

I rode the bike today finally with the Muth trim installed, I'd say 99% of the mirror vibration is eliminated below 60mpg. I didn't go faster than that.I think I warmed it up to make it really pliable.

I'd probably break it off my accident! Did you take that picture?The mirror is held in on a round plastic disc that has clips around the edge that need to be gently pried apart.
