Here's how looks the front tire angel gt 2 after 10000kms.

It signifies that it's the same as the SS. Sport Gt categorie but more sport than gt. 😅
The left side is less damaged so I still ride with it but I'm soon to change it because the behaviour is not very pleasant now.

That tyre would be illegal for use in the UK. I'd be changing it right away.
When the front Rosso III on my Supersport got to near that stage the handling became very unpleasant with a reluctance to turn into corners and fair bit of effort required to hold it there.

I've got about 300 miles on the rear Road Smart 3 (coupled with Diablo "Rossi" 3) on the front. I think Keith is on to something. It's gripping really well. I'd say it's quite comparable to DR3 and should get better mileage.

I run those tires on my V11 Sport Guzzi. I switched to Dunlops on that bike because it just ate up a Michelin Pilot Road 5 (maybe 4?) in 3500 miles. I figured even if the Dunlop didn't last any longer, at least it was cheaper. I've run quite a few Qualifier and RS 2 & 3 on that bike and I've been satisfied with grip and mileage. Now I agree with Keith, the Dunlops work well on 939 SS. I am guessing I'll get better mileage out of them too.

To my mind, the sport touring tyres are enough for the ss.

In France we're in summer with high temperature and I didn't notice something in high speed corners.
Even with the dtc based on 2, it never light. Only few times on acceleration in high rpm after a 180° corner.
For the abs, on the first level, it occure only on really hard braking.

It doesn't happened with the corsa 2. I wanted to put these ones such as last summer but finally I'm not disappointed.

Let us know what tires you try and rate them. So far, we have a couple of positive on the Roadsmarts. A couple of negatives on other brands. It took a few miles for the RS3 to get worn in. Of course, it's hot weather.

I'm talking about the angel GT2.
10000kms with 50% in winter. In high temperature I put less pressure, so they could have done 2000 kms more I think. (Look at my picture in my last answer above).
No fear under the rain and it really stick on dry roads even with 10°.
The front tire at the end is quite surprising because it give you too rapidly angle in corners giving the feeling to fall such as with a triangle profile tire. But I think it depend of how you used it.

So it means finally that the rosso 3 is absolutely useless. I've only done 6000kms with this ones.
In pirelli categories, to my mind the choice is just between the angel gt2 and the rosso corsa 2. This one is really great but only just for fun. If I had 2 more wheels I would do the same as I do with my car. Wheels for winter and wheels for summer. 😅

I had the rs3 on the multistrada but I haven't done enough kilometers to give a true advise.
Safe on cold weather or under the rain, neutral behaviour but maybe it stick a little bit less on roads in summer than the angel gt2.

For michelin, I never liked the PR4 and I didn't test the PR5. I hesitated but I finally ordered the angel GT2 for the 2nd time.

2 months later and 4000kms... 😅

Always with good pressure so it's quite strange because left side and middle aren't worn. The profile is really in triangle now and it give a bad feeling.
I think I should try to see a specialist in suspension set up.

Had the same thing on my previous set of Rossi's. Left side of the front tire was cupped and worn much more than the right. In my case I believe it may have been because I was pushing my front tire through tight right handed turns. I've worked on that and now its fine.

I've read for years that riders wear out the left side of the front tire. Many attribute it to the crown in the road.

Perhaps the right side wears out first in Australia?
