They are ducabike from the uk, I personally do not like the look of carbon but for some they just love it.
What does look neat is the billet cover and rearsets by ducabike. My issue with anodising is that on a previous bike I used red anodised bolts by probolt and after a year or so they went pink, that was somewhat humiliating and an expensive lesson.

I'm with @steeve, I prefer the DP...in fact, I've already bought and installed it.
