Hello,
Olivier, I live in the north of France. Motorcycle (officially) since ... 1989, I have always been in the middle of the bike since my childhood.
One day I bought a Yamaha TY125, and then shortly after I got my motorcycle license. Since then, I have owned: Cagiva freccia 125 and W8 125, Suzuki GSE 500 and GSXF 750, Kawasaki Kr1-S 250, Z800 and Z900 (currently).
A few days ago, I tried the Ducati 939 SS

, as a result, I signed the order form. I will receive it in 4 to 5 days. I chose the S finish, red.
That's my concern.

Thank you for the welcome, I do not regret my choice, choice of a brand I always dreamed of owning a model. The test of the 939 me very much, I have no doubt to take pleasure in his handlebars. I must be delivered, weekend. TY 125, a fun bike too. Impatient to go on holiday with the 939 (unfortunately, but as I do not like the highway, it will not bother me)

Also 1st 1000km's are better if you are not on the highway at constant revs and 6th gear.

Yes, I will do them only on national and small roads. Thus, everything will be well rooted.

Here we are, motorcycle at my home

Not the time to photograph, I am going to clean at first the transmission chain of this damned film which ejects everywhere and to put it the lubricant which I usually use.
I shall put photos later.

Welcome to the forum. I couldn't agree more on that sh!t they put on the chain. After getting home from the dealer, cleaning that off was the first thing I did. It got on everything...including me!
