Panniers have arrived

I ordered the Ducati accessory bags when I picked up my S about six weeks ago. I called the dealer tonight to enquire when they might be coming. I paid in full upon order. The parts guy that took the call searched the computer and said, oh they are here but let me look for them. After some time he said to call the parts manager tomorrow to confirm, as he couldn't find them.

I wonder why bike shops struggle to make a living?
