Anyone have good side pics of the SS without it's front and upper fairings? I'm considering a project in future years and I want to know what I'd be working with.

Just easier to grab the SS tank compared to the monster...at least for me

Folks can see the exhaust valve motor on the bottom behind the oil radiator

if you replaced the fairings with white and wrapped that tank it would look even better0

Thanks, guys. Looks like reversibly fighter-ing the bike would require some heavy modding.

I don't know why you wouldn't just buy a Monster instead, honestly. Most sport touring bikes of this type are basically a naked sport with a fairing thrown over it and a different tune. The SS really isn't an exception to that general rule.

I have a Monster. I was thinking it would be cool to have a bike that could go naked or with fairings.

I asked because I like to modify and work on bikes, not just buy everything already made. Some men like working on sh1t.
