An advanced degree in computer science from MIT is required in order to post pics on this forum. Or so it seems....I am terribly sorry but I do not know how to post pictures.
Questions are:
1) extension?
2) how to upload
Thank you Gentlemen

This is the only forum I post or ever posted. I do not do any social media, no face book, no tweeter, no nothing. I like to buy thing with cash, and pay my bills with checks ... Old school... LOLODo you guys upload your photos to a photo sharing website like, for example, "Post Image"?
If yes, then:
1) copy the photo's link
2) insert the photo's link into the space provided after opening the picture icon on the banner of the "Message" section of "Quick Reply"
3) tap ok to insert photo link in to the reply
4) tap "post quick reply" to post your text and pic on to the Forum

If you want a proper size photo and not a 'postage stamp' it works pretty identical to every other forum I'm on. Upload the photo to a hosting site e.g. Photobucket, and from there 'copy and paste' its new address into the appropriate place when you click on the 'Insert Image' icon above where your are making your post. It's a square box icon, with seemingly a picture of a mountain and sun (or moon) inside the box. Press OK. I'll automatically insert an IMG line into you post where the curser is . Then just post your contribution ......I am terribly sorry but I do not know how to post pictures.

thank you Sir, I will try it tomorrow morning@DucatiAngel @JaggerCat
Go to "go advanced" and then scroll down and look for "attach files" and then a yellow-ish orange box that says "Manage Attachments"(see screenshot 1) click on that.
A new window will open (may want to disable any ad-blocker) and then you you can click on browse to upload directly from your computer. (See screenshot 2)
After you see the file names in this second window click the "Upload" (screenshot 3).
They will be reflected at the bottom of the second window. Once this is complete you may click to close this second window and then finish/review your post by clicking "Submit Reply" or "Preview Post" which will be below the icons, under the test window.
*** Photos taken with an Iphone will appear sideways, unless you turn your phone landscape with the screen facing you and the home button to the right***
Hope this helps!
Yeah, sorry Jagger. I just realized you said you were using an Ipad. That I am not sure what to do to fix it. Maybe use another browser? (if you are using Safari)@TheKaric
I have done ALL that before, I click the "close the window" bar, NOTHING happens, it just freezes then I have close down the whole app and reopen the app again. This is not the only time or reason the app freezes, but that's another subject. :|
Uploading a pic in the Advanced section works fine on my iPad.
Hang in there...Nope, nothing, nada, this app sucks for user friendliness for this reason and other reasons. :|
10.3.3hang in there...
Is ios up to date on your ipad? What version are you running on?
When replying tap the "Manage Attachments" button10.3.3
I do, then upload file, then try to close the window, nothing happens. I end up having to shut the whole app down. When replying tap the "Manage Attachments" button
Then "Choose File"
Then "Photo Library"
