Wet roads first thing, made the bike filthy. Rest of the day was nice and dry, first ride on the new tyres Michelin RD5's, just under 200 miles.
Can't help but notice that you stopped at the Ice Cream van 😄

Stunning. Seaside and bush... where did you ride? I haven't ventured into NSW yet but planning a week long road trip that way with some SS girlfriends for early 2023.
If you’re coming from the south, then there’s a lot of it as you come up the coast and the Illawarra escarpment. These pics were on a shorter run from Sydney going through the Royal National Park. Very picturesque but has very low speed limits, lots of tin-tops and boys in blue, especially during the weekends.
The better run is going up and down the Macquarie and Jamberoo passes a little further south. There are some cracking country roads that are less travelled around there too.

Sounds like you have lots of amazing rides down that way. I'm in QLD, so it's a bit far for a week trip. I think my friend is planning for us to do the Oxley which she loves. My dream would be to give up work, give up all commitments, and just ride every single route around Australia (Itchy Boots style).

First time out after the 1000km service and no limits. This is by far the best bike I have ever owned. Everything about it gives me confidence to go that little bit harder which in turn ups the thrill factor.

Been waiting on my cheap radiator guard to arrive before putting the fairing back on. Tried vinyl wrapping for the first time. Red was never my favorite, so my thought was to take some of ALL RED!!! away. Definitely a learning curve, and might redo, but passes the “10ft” test for now:). (Note: fairings not fastened completely down/top pieces under bars off bike). To be continued…
