Interesting, I wonder if the abs sensors are relaying information during the quick shift. I don't know but perhaps the crank and wheel speed are set in the algorithm, wondering now about the slipper clutch too.

When i change gear "in the air" it just drops, doesent matter if i use the clutch.
But it works fine without quickshift.
Think it is a slowshift instead.....:grin2:
Ive been waiting for a thread called Wheelies (Power Wheelies could have been better) maybe you should experiment with your traction control settings and let us know how it affects things >Why is it impossible to do a decent wheelie with active quickshift?

Upgraded software resulted in a quicker quick shift??? Interesting.Have had my bike on service, and they also upgraded the software. Guess what? Its now possible to wheelie with quickshift active. The bike feels a bit smoother too.
Yup, I noticed the quick shift was smoother and quicker after the last software update.Upgraded software resulted in a quicker quick shift??? Interesting.
Anyone else notice this?
There are periodic software updates. It’s my understanding that these occur automatically during diagnostic testing when serviced. Since the updates occur automatically, I don’t believe even the tech is aware of the software revision number or what is updated. Only that it’s been done.Software update??? Is there one pending for US bikes?
