My previous Ducati dealer (Sonny Angel) had a couple Black Shadows, one stock, and one modified he'd run at Bonneville and other places. I think his best with it was about 145 mph. He had also worked at the Vincent factory for a couple years in the '50's. He passed away a few years ago, and his stuff was mostly auctioned. I think they got about $40K for a 1975 Norton Commando 850, black with gold striping, still as delivered in its factory packing crate.

Out of the OP, I’d take one of the Brough SS100’s. Beautiful machines. I knew a guy in my local antique motorcycle club who had two of them, and rode them sometimes. I, of course, never got to ride one myself, but I rode behind them or near them several times. He also passed a few years ago. His son was into bikes, too, though, so I assume he got them.

I don't know what happened to Marty Dickerson's photo in my original post. I am guessing the Rollie Free's bike is the most famous and sought after bike in existence.
